Kuwait oil minister says committee recommends 9-month cut extension - Reuters

According to Reuters, Kuwait oil minister recently claimed that the committee was recommending a 9-month extension to output cut deal. Earlier in the session, Bloomberg reported that Ecuador's delegate said there still was no agreement on an extension.
