Chinese envoy to US: No official talks between Xi and Trump

Chinese envoy to the U.S. recently crossed the wires saying that there were no official scheduled talks between Chinese President Xi and his American counterpart Donald Trump. "China sees talks as the only way out of the trade dispute with the U.S.," the envoy and added that the U.S. allegations against Huawei were groundless.
